Sad-Sack

I saw this weird, downtrodden Statue of Liberty puppet person while driving in Fairfax County, VA. Why do companies think that humiliating their employees is a good marketing ruse? It certainly caught my attention, but I couldn't tell you what company was being advertised..

I saw the same thing in Austin just a few days ago. They were advertising Liberty Tax Services. Seriously...who is going to let these people look over their financial records?

Good point! I certainly wouldn't! I can't believe we have these in Austin too. The person in the costume looked so beat down...my brother and I were just musing that perhaps he/she was doing a bong hit or something underneath that costume. You know---to mask the pain and all.
